Ashley Quick is a nonprofit Senior Accountant with over a decade of experience supporting mission-driven organizations through accurate, transparent, and community-centered financial stewardship. She brings deep expertise in grant accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, and audit preparation, with a strong focus on building clear processes that strengthen organizational trust and operational efficiency.

Before joining LiKEN, Ashley served in finance and accounting roles for several nonprofits, where she partnered closely with program teams to align finance with mission outcomes. She has also supported federal grant programs and worked in accounting and payroll roles in both nonprofit and government-contracting environments.

Ashley is passionate about using financial systems to uplift community-based work and ensure resources are managed with integrity, clarity, and care. She holds an MBA in Finance from Barry University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Coppin State University.
