Silvopasture Field Day

Have you ever heard of silvopasture, or are you already practicing it on your farm? Silvopasture is a way of integrating livestock and trees on agricultural land(s). Often it means adding trees to pastures, but many Appalachian farms already have livestock grazing in the woods. You can manage and improve these forests and pastures to be more productive and sustainable in a number of ways.
