About the event
Join LiKEN Knowledge Community Engagement Coordinator Michelle Carroll-Cole and Hatfield Farms artisan Misty Hatfield for an evening of hands-on natural dyeing.
Misty will introduce the journey from locally raised sheep’s wool to hand-spun yarn, then guide participants in working with color drawn from plants. Explore dye materials such as poke berries, sunflowers, indigo, and other regional botanicals as you make a vivid creation of your own.
