Want to learn to grow shiitake mushrooms? Learn from Jack Stickney, a farmer with 40 years of experience growing shiitakes. He will walk us through the cultivation process and share tips & tricks for success! First 20 registrants can take home logs inoculated with mushrooms!

About the event
Join LiKEN and our farmer friend Jack Stickney at the Red River Gorge Farmers Market on May 9th at 11 AM to get a hands-on demonstration of how to simply grow mushrooms using spore plugs and logs. The first 20 registrants can take home logs inoculated with mushrooms! But, this event is limited to 30 people so register before spots fill up.
